How to book an excursion?
Three simple options: 1) Book and pay directly online by credit card on the excursion page (100% secure payment via Stripe). 2) Book on WhatsApp at +33 7 67 04 97 05. 3) First request a customized quote if you are a group.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa/Mastercard credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay directly on the site. You can also pay in cash on the day of the excursion if you prefer to book first by WhatsApp.
Is transportation from my hotel included?
Yes, the pickup and return to your hotel are included in all our excursions. Just indicate your hotel at the time of booking.
What languages do your guides speak?
All our guides speak French and English fluently. Several also speak German and Italian. Specify your preference at the time of booking.
Is there a minimum age for excursions?
No minimum age for most excursions. For Sahara excursions (long trip), we recommend from 6 years old. Reduced children's rates apply up to 12 years old.
Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Yes. Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the excursion. Date change possible at any time according to availability. Contact us on WhatsApp for any modification.
Are excursions private or group?
Small groups by default, or 100% private excursion on request. Either way, contact us on WhatsApp: we always have a solution, and you'll get to do your excursion.
What happens in case of bad weather?
For sea excursions (Kuriat, Zembra), we reschedule free of charge to another date in case of rough seas. For land excursions, they always take place.
